Privacy

We value your privacy. Any information provided by you is used solely to facilitate the processing of your order. We will only ever contact you with regards to your order.

Out of Stock

We will contact you if an item you have selected is out of stock or unavailable, from there you can desire to have a refunded or wait for the stock to be arrive.

Prices

Our prices are quoted in AUD. Price is excluded postage.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange goods where they are faulty or damaged but not because of change of mind.

Products are required to be returned in original condition which means that they are unused and pack in original box. Products need to be returned within 5 days of receiving them. Please email sales@easylanguages.com.au to make arrangements.

Refunds are not available if you have selected the wrong item, so please choose the product carefully.
